Met Leo early for High Tea at Ellenborough Market Place(at Swissotel Merchant Court)...
High Tea at $32++...
He had the 'Feed At Raffles' membership with him so there was a 50% discount.
The food was pretty awesome and there was a huge variety!!
For less then $20 per person after disc,
definitely well WORTH IT!!
