Everything seems to be wrong...
Work SUCKS big time!!!
Been brought to tears hell loads of times!!!
I'm UBER stressed out by the stupid call stat sh!t thing~
Even my mom says its a DUMB thing!!!
I need to rush thru each customer and i cant provide the customer service coz i can only stay on the line with each cust averagely max 4+ mins...
Then when you get stupid, disputive, vulgar, ignorant or long-winded callers...
You just feel like wringing their neck coz "ur boss is pressing for stats"...
It's worse when u're trying to maintain good call stats and ONE stupid call pushes it all back DOWN!!
They're doing all these sh!t for a year-end bonus i dun even have a share of!!!
Dun even know why i'm still working there...
Hurry pass my freaking exams so i can get a NORMAL job!!!!
Working in StarHub is the only job i've ever been in where i keep crying coz
the stupid job is affecting me physically, mentally AND emotionally!!!

Think i'm PMSing too...
Temper's rising quite a bit &
Patience is running really low lately....

Whole week since Wednesday:
Work home work home work home....
My shift starts at 10.30am...
Been starting at 8.30am for 2hrs of OT...
That's like 11.5hrs in the office..
And the fact that i reach there like 7.30am...
And leave only at 9+pm.....
I spend more than half my day in the FARKED place!!!
*PLUS!! The only guy WORTH taking a second look at in the ENTIRE call centre is no longer available!!!! -_-"

Coz suddenly i wake up and realise...
