Hmm..
Things went pretty well over the weekend...

On Saturday after work,
Daddy brought us to Jumbo at d Club,
the kailan vegetables and the tomato crab rocked!!!!




*Big Smile*
Only Justina didn't go coz of her coming exams...

On Sunday,
Daddy, Mom and Jerome did a bit of alter cleaning together..




o.O sooo sweeet!!!
Then they drove me to work!! =)

Monday and Tuesday spent answering phone calls...
Honestly annoyed coz some customers are sooooo bloody long-winded!!!!!
Some half an hour conversations can be summarized in one sentence:
- Please suspend my line.
- Please check my contract end date.
And some scream and shout about expenses...
Like yoo-hoo!!!
U want us to waive off the charges right???
So be nice!!!!

Current whole month's call stats is like 8.1/hr....
And that sucks...
We're required to have an average of 13 calls/hour every single damn day!!!!

*Sigh*
Getting used to the environment...
Already have my list of Favourite TLs & Blacklisted TLs...
Two i hate!!!!
Four i like!!!
And the rest are pretty nice =)
They say my TL will be back from Philippines soon..
No idea if that's a good or bad thing yet...

Terence also asked me to his uncle's wedding next year..
He's going to MCee the ceremony and wants me to sing a duet with him....
He wants me to sing with him:

and maybe also "A Moment Like This" by Kelly Clarkson...

At least i get free vocal training from him!!!
